About the Partners
CA Revati Galgali
A Practicing Chartered Accountant with over a decade of hands-on experience helping businesses navigate the complexities of finance, compliance, and strategy. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with organizations to streamline their financial practices and ensure long-term stability and growth.
I am a Chartered Accountant, DipIFR (ACCA) certified and DISA qualified, bringing both global financial reporting expertise and strong IT and system audit capabilities to my practice.
My background spans a variety of services, with core strengths in team building and effective management skills that have proven essential when I have stepped in as a CFO for companies during financially challenging periods. In these roles I have helped stabilize finances, establish strong reporting systems, and create a foundation for sustainable growth.
My work also involves extensive legal document drafting including NDAs, shareholder agreements and service-level agreements, ensuring that clients have well-structured, legally sound agreements that protect their interests. I also specialize in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to the specific needs of each organization. I not only help implement these SOPs but also periodically review and refine them to keep them aligned with evolving business goals.
CA Niranjan Maharana
I am a Practicing Chartered Accountant in India with over a decade of professional experience, having established my practice in 2013. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree and am DISA qualified, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in commerce, finance, and system audits. My expertise covers accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.
Over the years, I have worked with clients across diverse sectors including pharmaceuticals, event management, machine manufacturing, digital content creation, medical professionals, and interior decorators and traders.
I have successfully represented clients in income tax and GST hearings and have concluded multiple GST audits during my career. My work also includes designing comprehensive MIS for startups and construction companies, enabling stakeholders to better understand their financial position and make informed decisions. In addition, I have led ERP implementations and assisted organizations in building finance teams from the ground up, even in cases where entire departments had transitioned out.
With a strategic and hands-on approach, I ensure smooth transitions and the development of efficient, high-performing financial departments. I remain committed to the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism in every engagement.
