About the Partners
CA Revati Galgali
A Chartered Accountant with over a decade of hands-on experience helping businesses navigate the complexities of finance, compliance, and strategy. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with organizations to streamline their financial practices and ensure long-term stability and growth.
My background spans a variety of services, but my core strengths lie in team building and effective management skills that have proven essential when I’ve stepped in as a CFO for companies during financially challenging periods. In these roles, I have helped stabilize finances, establish strong reporting systems, and create a foundation for sustainable growth.
My work also involves extensive legal document drafting, from NDAs to shareholder agreements and service-level agreements, ensuring that clients have well-structured, legally sound agreements that protect their interests. Additionally, I am skilled in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to the specific needs of each organization. I not only help implement these SOPs but also periodically review and refine them to keep them aligned with evolving business goals.
CA Niranjan Maharana
A practicing Chartered Accountant in India with over a decade of experience, having established my practice in 2013. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree and am DISA qualified. My extensive background in commerce and finance has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients, including those in pharmaceuticals, event management, machine manufacturing, digital content creation, medical professionals, and interior decorators and traders.
I have successfully represented clients in income tax and GST hearings and have concluded multiple GST audits during my career. Additionally, I have created comprehensive MIS for startups and construction companies, enabling stakeholders to gain a clearer understanding of their current financial situations and make informed future decisions. I have also led ERP implementations and assisted companies in setting up their accounts teams from scratch, even in situations where prior teams had left the organization.
My strategic, hands-on approach ensures seamless transitions and the development of high-performing financial departments. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, and professionalism in my work.
